Pillar and Post Inn & Spa

I spent the day at their spa. They have beautiful facilities. The hot springs were amazing. The bar has excellent cocktails. I got a fabulous facial, I believe the lady's name was Yvonne. She gave me skin care advice and a very relaxing experience, I didn't expect the facial to include arm, hands, feet and leg massage. It was a really great day.

We celebrated our anniversary thus past weekend and had a fabulous time. They offer free shuttle to NOL town so we took advantage of it and walked around, admiring the cute boutiques. The highlight of our weekend was dinner at The Cannery. The food is delicious and service impeccable. Shout out goes to our server, Derek, who made our dinner experience special and memorable. Derek was attentive and provided some fantastic recommendations on the menu. I definitely would recommend Pillar and Post for a weekend getaway and if you're able to, book dinner at The Cannery.

I’ve been coming here since 2009, so this review is long overdue! This property has truly become one of my favourite go-to escapes. I was there two weeks ago with another couple and returned again this past weekend for a girls’ trip — and as always, it did not disappoint. The spa is consistently excellent, and I always make time to enjoy the hot springs and the saltwater outdoor pool (heated to a perfect 90 degrees). There’s something so relaxing about soaking outside, especially in the cooler months — it’s one of the highlights every single visit. The front desk team is always extremely pleasant and welcoming. A special thank you to Ozlem, who went above and beyond to secure two rooms beside each other for both of my recent stays. That level of attentiveness and care makes such a difference. We also love taking advantage of the hotel shuttle — honestly, it’s even better than calling an Uber. It makes heading out for dinner and live music completely stress-free. We used it to visit Queen’s Landing (Bacchus Lounge & Patio) and the Old Angel Inn, which are always part of our Niagara tradition. And the beds? Incredibly comfortable. After a full day of spa time and exploring, sinking into those beds is the perfect ending. Every stay feels consistent, relaxing, and special. Already looking forward to my next visit!

The staff are truly wonderful, and made my visit a joy. The property is lovely, unpretentious, and soothing. It is an ideal place to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet. In the spa, Gretchen, Toyoko and Erin were wonderful. In the dining room, Jennifer, Li, Derek and Lauren were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Most impressively, when a problem (in fairness, not one that would be noticed except by guests) was brought to management’s attention by a message left at the front desk, Tiffany dealt with it professionally, proactively and effectively. She called my room within minutes, even though I had no expectation of a call, simply to apologize and assure me the problem would be dealt with. Within a few hours, there had clearly been a staff meeting and a solution put in place. It was even being unobtrusively double-checked by staff the next morning. It’s that kind of thing which makes guests want to return.

My boyfriend and I had the most amazing stay at the Pillar and Post! The whole experience was perfect from start to finish. The food was anmazing and our server Patricia was so friendly, attentive, and made our dinner even better. The Cannery restaurant was absolutely delicious. Our spa day was wonderful as well. My boyfriend had a massage with Mercedes and he loved her. For our pedicures, we had Linda and Lyndsey, both were so professional, relaxing, and made the experience feel luxurious. Our room was adorable with a cozy fireplace, and the entire property was so pretty. We loved both the indoor and outdoor pools, and the Christmas decorations made the whole place feel festive and magical. To top it off, our room attendant even brought me a rose, which was such a sweet touch! We truly loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

We contacted P&P to host an event and Ally responded to us immediately. She was just incredible all the way through. Very responsive, very knowledgeable and quite fun to work with. She made the experience amazing . The venue , gardens and hotel are beautiful but what most impressed us was Ally and the quality of service and attention to detail she put in the visit . It assured us that we will have a great experience without worries. She immediately got the vibe of we what we were going for and looked at options to make it possible. I recommend P&P for sure, specially working with Ally , to host your wedding or engagement party. We are quite impressed with the experience, quality and customer service that we had.

We had an amazing stay at the Pillar and Post. I received a gift card that I was able to use toward my stay. We upgraded to the retreat package. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in and their service was excellent all throughout. I really appreciated the virtual concierge service they offered- their team brought any supplies we needed within a few minutes. They even had a shuttle that would bring us around the NOTL strip. I highly recommend the Pillar and Post as well as upgrading to their retreat package. We were well fed and didn’t have to worry about a thing. We went over the family day long weekend which happened to be Valentine’s Day- they gave out roses to the rooms which was such a nice touch. Their team knew my husband and I are expecting- our room was on the ground floor and their staff were so accommodating. Thank you to the Pillar and Post & Vintage Hotels team for making our stay so excellent!

We had a private dinner at the pillar and post and it was fantastic! Ginno and Judy were the Wonderful staff working the event and they did an amazing job. There were many kids at our event and they were so good with the kids and handled the event so professionally. It was memorable and we will definitely be having future events here again. The decor and atmosphere for Christmas was beautiful! Our room was very cozy and comfortable. A wonderful time all around
